Radnor Lake & Hillsboro Village Engagement Photography: Mitch & Kaite

Every once in awhile you meet a person that you instantly connect with. Sounds like I’m about to tell the story of Katie and Mitch…  but this is actually about how I (Donice) met Katie. HA! Katie was one of my first connections when we relocated Wedlock Images from Baltimore Maryland to Nashville Tennessee. Katie and Mitch had just moved into town from Pittsburgh, and after one conversation I knew we’d stay connected and our paths would continue to cross.  Katie said, “IF we get married, I want you guys to shoot my wedding”. Sure enough, a few years later I received a text message saying “WE”RE ENGAGED”!!! We were overly excited and thrilled not only to hear from them, but happy they chose Wedlock Images to be apart of it all.

About their shoot: Nestled in the woods during the later half of fall we began their engagement session at Radnor Lake. Radnor Lake is a GREAT location for engagement photos during any time of the year. The spring and summer months are filled with miles of green hills, while the fall and winter months offer beautiful changing leaves, paths of falling leaves, bridges, and a more private setting with less foot traffic. After capturing some photos at the lake, we headed downtown near The Bridge Building overlooking the city.  We then ended the day in Hillsboro Village where these two like to spend most of their time together. Here are a few of our favorites from their shoot!
